  • The tutoring fee is non-refundable

  • The student is expected to pay 50% of the agreed fee in advance and pay the remaining 50% after completing half the units of course syllabus

  • It is a condition to pay at least 50% of tutoring fee before commencement, however, full payment can also be made in advance

  • Tutoring session will be offered at anytime of the day/night (24×7)

  • There is NO additional cost for tutoring sessions during weekends

  • The tutor will make best efforts to cover the course syllabus completely during the agreed timeframe

  • The minimum duration of a tutoring session should be at least 1 hour and no less than that, however, the maximum duration can be accommodated as per the student’s requirement

  • Cancelling or rescheduling a tutoring session requires at least 6 hours intimation in advance

  • If the tutor decides to reschedule a pre-booked session due to factors such as sickness, unavailability, weather conditions or any other factors deemed reasonable based on personal grounds, then the student is expected to cooperate with the tutor in rescheduling the session to a later date and time

  • Total 25 hours(minimum) for completing syllabus

  • A 50% tutoring fee may be considered for refund if the student fails in a semester (only for Engineering students)

  • We ONLY accept cash payment
