About us
The Australian National Committee On Refugee Women, ANCORW, is a lobbying, advocacy and research group which works with and for refugee women and their families in order to bring about change in the refugee system and to enhance their ability to rebuild their lives. We help refugee women and girls with training, support and funding in partnership with The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and The Centre for Refugee Research (CRR). ANCORW assists refugee families to integrate with wider communities and make their settlement in Australia uncomplicated so they feel safe and secure away from their countries of birth.
